Rifle softball game canceled due to weather

Area high school sports events continue to be impacted by rainy weather. Due to wet field conditions at Deerfield Park, today’s Eagle Valley at Rifle softball game has been postponed to Thursday at 4 p.m. Wednesday’s league game against Palisade is still scheduled to be played at Deerfield, weather permitting.

Today’s scheduled prep soccer games involving Aspen at Coal Ridge, Roaring Fork at Vail Mountain and CRMS at Basalt will be played. All three games kick off at 4 p.m.
