Swim and Stroke Clinic coming up

The Sopris Barracuda Swim Team will sponsor a Swim and Stroke Clinic at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, April 29. The clinic is open to any youngster interested in improving his or her swimming skills.

The program will run the week of April 29-May 3, from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

The program is open to all youngsters, grades K-12, who can swim one width of the Hot Springs Pool.

Registration will be held at 5 p.m. at the Hot Springs Pool lobby on April 29.

Cost is $25 and there is no charge for pool admission.

A potluck dinner will wrap up the sessions at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 3, at Sopris Elementary.

Team practices for members of the Sopris Barracudas also will begin on May 6, starting at 5:30 p.m.
