Join more than 200 cyclists for the fourth annual Maverick Classic presented by U.S. Bank and Western Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. This event is the Rocky Mountain Collegiate Cycling Conference Championship and features a four-event race. Open class races will be scored as an Omnium. The weekend’s events include a hill climb, team and individual time trial in Fruita, a criterium in downtown Grand Junction, and finally a road race in Palisade.

MIDLAND RAIL

This ride recreates an 1899-1915 102-mile bicycle race from Grand Junction to Glenwood Springs. Riders aim to replicate the historic event with old-fashioned gear and clothing.

RIDE FOR THE CHILD

Roaring Fork Valley

This is a scenic ride sponsored by CASA of the Ninth that travels through the Roaring Fork Valley of Garfield, Eagle and Pitkin counties. RIDE for the CHILD will begin and end in Carbondale, and it will include the Sopris Century, a metric century or a 50K ride.

TOUR OF THE VALLEY
