Update, 5:46 p.m.: Highway 82 has reopened in both directions between Carbondale and Catherine Store, according to a notification from the Garfield County Emergency Communications Authority.
The highway had been closed between mile markers 11.5 and 15.5 because of a crash.

The highway is closed between mile markers 11.5 and 15.7, from the Carbondale traffic light to Catherine Store.
