Glenwood Springs yoga instructor launches new SOULutions app for ‘mindful living’

For longtime yoga teacher and Glenwood Springs resident Mindy Arbuckle, the journey toward mindfulness has always been about accessibility — making spiritual and emotional well-being available to everyone, no matter their schedule or experience level. Now she’s taken that mission digital with the launch of an app.
The SOULutions app, available now on Apple and Google app stores, offers guided yoga sessions, meditation, mantra work, crystal healing and daily mindfulness tools designed to help users “bring spirit to Earth,” Arbuckle said.
“It’s really an app to help us live our authentic selves and have skills and tools that we can go to when we forget, when we lose our way or when we’ve had a stressful day,” Arbuckle said. “I wanted to remove as many barriers as possible — to make it easy and accessible.”
Arbuckle also said the heart of SOULutions is helping people integrate sacred practices into real life — bridging the gap between the meditation cushion or yoga mat and everyday life.
Originally from Nebraska, Arbuckle moved to Colorado to attend the Colorado School of Mines before spending time in Alaska with her husband. The couple relocated to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2019 with their two daughters, a move she said has been “the best decision we ever made.”
Arbuckle has been teaching yoga since 2001 and previously owned studios in Arvada and Westminster for 16 years before selling them and moving west. She now teaches at True Nature Healing Arts in Carbondale, where she has built a strong following among students seeking both physical and spiritual grounding.
Her interest in yoga began during college when she was looking for a way to stay healthy while studying abroad. She picked up a yoga book and began practicing on her own.
“It made me feel so good — it made me feel like me,” Arbuckle said. “Not like the Mindy that was defined by everybody else. If I didn’t learn how to share it, that would have been the most selfish thing ever.”
The SOULutions app features yoga classes, guided meditations, crystal tutorials and 21-day challenges — short, daily lessons meant to help users stay consistent in their personal practice. The app also includes a community feature where users can connect with Arbuckle directly for questions or guidance.
The first week is free, and subscribers can continue for $33 per month, with new content added each month. Arbuckle said she designed the app to be a practical, affordable tool for self-discovery and spiritual support.
“There are a lot of great meditation apps out there, but most don’t give you real access to a human being,” she said. “With this one, you get to talk to me — to someone who can guide you through whatever is unfolding for you.”
For yoga student Shael Berni, who has studied with Arbuckle for about two years, the app extends the same grounding energy she finds in Arbuckle’s classes.
“She’s been an incredible support, teacher and guide,” Berni said. “She carries the wisdom of the goddesses and really helps people reclaim their power and clear away what no longer serves them.”
Berni said she’s been using the app since its release and finds it deeply restorative.
“I love that it has practices that range from one to three minutes to longer meditations,” Berni said. “It helps me calm my nervous system, recenter and remember what’s important. It’s a beautiful reminder to slow down and connect to my breath and the earth.”
Arbuckle said her goal has always been to help others reconnect with their inner strength and worth.
“I’ve been doing this for such a long time, and I love supporting people on their path to inner peace and happiness,” she said. “It makes me happy to see others living as the best version of themselves.”
