Jayson Boebert’s hearing pushed to March
For the Post Independent

Jayson Boebert’s hearing in Garfield County Court was delayed this week to March 11. Boebert, the ex-husband of Rep. Lauren Boebert, is facing charges stemming from two separate events. The first set of charges were from an incident at a Silt restaurant. The charges include disorderly conduct, third-degree trespass, and obstruction of a peace officer.
The second set is from a later incident that involved one of Jayson Boebert’s sons, Tyler. Jayson Boebert was charged with prohibited use of a weapon, harassment, and assault in the third degree.
Jayson Boebert hired an attorney at Peter’s and Nolan, out of Grand Junction. It appears that both of his cases have now been combined. Boebert is currently out on bond until his next hearing. Attorneys for Boebert have been contacted but have not yet responded for comment.
