Letter: Is Glenwood Springs panicking over Rocky Mountain Resources for no reason?

Were the 5 extra acres that Rocky Mountain Resources operated on used to bury fracking waste (like cancer-causing benzene, etc.) or is Glenwood Springs panicking for no reason?
Are 500 dump trucks rumbling through the valley each day the sound of God’s money, or is it a planned environmental disaster for the community?
Were county commissioners compensated for this extra usage that the company benefitted from or did this extra cash go to the BLM representative?
And is the community hereby officially asking the BLM to now answer these questions openly in an editorial in this free press?
