Beau was born in Lafayette, Colorado, and was raised in Snowmass Village. He is a sophomore at Colorado College and is majoring in environmental studies and minoring on Journalism. Toepfer is passionate about the environment and outdoors and spends his time camping, climbing, and skiing.
