Halloween events for some last minute plans in Garfield County
Halloween, Halloween, here are some events that are happening in and near Garfield County tonight for the scary holiday from trick or treating to a place for adults to have some fun.
Halloween Trick or Treating in Silt
What: Bring the kids for a safe place to trick or treat. Town volunteers dress up too and pass out candy from each of our historic buildings. There will be Halloween blow ups and decorations. Watch out for Frank lurking in the shadows.
Where: Main Street in Silt
When: Thursday from 6-7:30 p.m.

NUTS Presents: The Rocky Horror Picture Show
What: The Halloween tradition returns to the Ute Theater this year – The Rocky Horror Picture Show on the big screen. Bring you friends and enjoy the film in all its raucous glory.
This film is rated R by the Motion Picture Association, parents are urged to learn more about the film before sharing it with their children. Search online or check the IMDB parents’ guide here.
Where: Ute Theater and Events Center at 132 E. Fourth St. in Rifle.
When: Thursday, doors open at 6:30 p.m., showing starts at 6:66 p.m. (7:06 p.m.) – 9 p.m.

Trick or Treat First Street:
What: Come one, come all! Our 2nd Annual trick or street 1st street has arrived. We can’t wait to see all the fun, creative costumes you all have this year. We will have more details coming so make sure to click interested/going so you’ll see all the fun to come.
If anyone would like to set up a trunk/table/chair to hand out goodies please reach out ASAP, spots are available.

Trunk or Treat at New Life Fellowship:
What: All are welcome to attend this event. Carnival games, food trucks, bounce house and a box maze will be available for fun and good memories.
Where: New Life Fellowship at 2090 Whiteriver Ave. in Rifle.
When: Thursday, 5-7 p.m.
