No joke: Hootenanny on April 1 at the Glenwood Vaudeville Revue

Staff Report Follow

The Glenwood Vaudeville Revue in coordination with the Middle Colorado Watershed Council presents the Glen Canyon Hootenanny as part of the 2025 Fire & Water Speaker Series fundraiser.
Music, storytelling and film will be the flavor of this event. Zack Podmore, author of “Life After Dead Pool” brings the magnificent terrain and complex politics of the Colorado River and its dying reservoirs to life, along with the natural and cultural histories of Glenwood Canyon that are reemerging as Lake Powell shrinks to record lows.
Filmmakers Diego Riley and Will Buckley introduce their new documentary “What the River Knows” and music will be played by Frank Martin, Dave Notor and Ashton Taufer.
Food, beverages and a la carte will be available.
