Flora (Flo) Budd passed away peacefully on August 6, 2025 at the age of 95 at their home in New Castle, CO. She is survived by son: Joe Budd (Shirley), daughter: Sandy Gaines, brother: Keith Heinig (Dolly) and 28 grandchildren. Flora was preceded in death by son: Robert Rudd, daughter: Bonnie Wellenkotter, grandaughter: Veronica Budd, her parents: Edwin and Margaret Heinig, siblings: Eddie Heinig and Mary Ann Doty.
Flora was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Glenwood Springs, CO.
There will be a Celebration of Life at the New Castle Grand River Park on September 27, 2025 from 12pm – 2pm.
