Marilyn Wiggins, a 51-year resident of Glenwood Springs, peacefully transitioned into God’s care at Valley View Hospital on September 20, 2025, surrounded by family. She was 93 years old.
She was born December 24, 1931 in Chicago and was married to her sweetheart, Fred Wiggins, in 1953 for 55 years. Fred pre-deceased her in 2008. Marilyn is survived by her six children, 18 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren.
Marilyn lived at Sunnyside Senior Housing for 31 years and loved her second extended family there.
