X Games Aspen 2026 returns to town Jan. 23–25, headlined by global dance icon Alesso and breakout electronic star Disco Lines.

The headliners were announced Tuesday.

On Friday, Jan. 23, Colorado’s own Disco Lines will kick off the weekend fresh off the global success of his smash single “No Broke Boys,” which is currently charting on Spotify’s Top Songs in the World and recently hit No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart.

“I’ve always been a huge fan of X Games, and Colorado is home,” Disco Lines said in a press release. “Getting to headline in Aspen feels right. Between the X Games energy and the mountain backdrop, it’s going to be one of those weekends you don’t want to miss.”

Alesso will then take the stage on Saturday, Jan. 24. A global leader in dance music, Alesso is the first international recording artist to score two consecutive No. 1 hits on Billboard Dance Radio, according to the release. He has since launched his own label, BodyHi, and in 2025 fused the worlds of sports and music with a performance at the Esports World Cup Opening Ceremony.

“I’ve played some incredible stages around the world, but there’s something special about performing in the mountains at X Games,” Alesso said in the release. “The combination of music and action sports creates a completely different energy. I can’t wait to be part of it.”

This comes as X Games 2026 is also bringing back ski and snowboard slopestyle, halfpipe, big air, and knuckle huck, in addition to the return of snowmobile speed & style and freestyle. All daytime competitions will also be completely free and open to the public.
