128th Annual Strawberry Days Festival
What: The 128th Glenwood Springs Strawberry Days Festival will be held June 20-22, at Two Rivers Park. Join us for a hometown parade, live main stage entertainment, a large arts and crafts festival, delicious food, Family Fest, free strawberries and ice cream and much more. Whether you’re a live music lover, a foodie or an art aficionado, there’s something here for everyone. Grab your friends and family, and join us for a weekend of non-stop fun and unforgettable memories at our spectacular Strawberry Days Festival.

What: KDNK is hosting a block party to celebrate the release of local band Typical Ghost’s new album release on Friday from 6-9 p.m. at the KDNK studio in Carbondale. Sunshine, food, and drink will accompany Typical Ghost playing live music. The event is free to attend and all beer proceeds will direct;y benefit KDNK.

Sun Bus — Free Skin Screenings
What: The Sun Bus is a free and mobile dermatology center that offers samples, sun safety education, and free screenings. The Sun Bus will be at the Glenwood Springs Community Center on Tuesday, June 24 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. Screenings are free, though reservations are required. To reserve a screening, visit sunbus.org.

Market on 7th
What: The farmers market is back in action in 2025 with the Market on 7th. 7th street from Cooper to Colorado Avenues will be closed every Tuesday through Sept. 2 from 4-8 p.m., as local vendors and artists get a chance to shine. While getting the chance to support local businesses and produce, visitors will be able to enjoy live music, find homemade snacks and treats, and soak up the beautiful downtown Glenwood Springs area.

FREE Music Under the Bridge
What: Kick off your weekend with free family friendly concerts hosted underneath the Grand Avenue Bridge from 4:40-7:30 p.m.. Saturday’s free concert will kick off the annual weekly free concert series that highlights local talent. The series begins on the 27th and will run through Sept.10th. The seating at Bethel Plaza is limited and patrons are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. The Low End Collective will kick off the 2025 concert series on Saturday, June 21.

RFOV Project at Red Hill with Mountain Heart Brewing Co.
What: The Red Hill walking trail in Carbondale sees over 75,000 users every year, and Roaring Fork Outdoor Volunteers recognizes the extensive care the trail needs. Thursday, June 26th, will be the first of three RFOV trail maintenance and habitat restoration projects. The maintenance will take place from 2-6 p.m., and all volunteers are invited to happy hour at Mountain Heart Brewing Co., and will receive a coupon for one of Mountain Heart’s celebratory RFOV 30th anniversary beers.

Downvally River Revelers FAC Float
What: Defiance Rafting company is hosting a benefit for the Middle Colorado Watershed Council on Friday, June 27 by offering a professionally guided raft trip and supplying insight into the geology, ecology, and history of the Middle Colorado Watershed. The trip is wrapped up with food and drink at Rislende Riverside in Silt.
When: 3-7:30 p.m. Friday, June 27
Where: 54 Co. Rd. 311, Silt.
Cost: prices vary from $130-$1,050 for private 4-8 people boats.
