Octoberfest at Glenwood Adventure Park
What: Celebrate Oktoberfest — branded as “Octoberfest” by Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park — on the mountain with live music by The Alpine Echo Band, German-inspired food and seasonal craft beers. A pumpkin patch will also be available, along with beer puppeteering and hammerschlagen.
When: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays, Sept. 19 Sept. 26, Oct. 3 and Oct. 10

Murder in Them There Hills
What: A murder mystery dinner. Enjoy a meal and solve a murder. Tickets include a show, dinner and dessert. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase. There will be a silent auction and dressing up in 1883 costumes are encouraged.
When: 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19

Dueling Pianos Official Roadshow
What: Experience the high-energy musical performance with Dueling Pianos Official. They bring world-class entertainment to Colorado and beyond, featuring signature productions like the Big Ivory Ticklers: The Three Grand Experience, and Four Grands, Eight Hands.
When: 8-10:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19

KDNK Movie Night – School of Rock
What: KDNK presents the 2003 cult classic “School of Rock” at the Crystal Theatre. Catch Jack Black as overly enthusiastic guitarist Dewey Finn, who gets thrown out of his bar band and finds himself in desperate need of work. Posing as a substitute music teacher at an elite private elementary school, he exposes his students to the hard rock gods he idolizes.
When: 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22

Schubert MiniFest
What: Join seven acclaimed musicians from the Roaring Fork Valley and across the nation for a two-day festival exploring the exquisite song cycles and chamber music of Franz Schubert. Through music and storytelling, four distinctive programs show a world of beauty, longing, and imagination, revealing why Schubert’s deeply human artistry continues to captivate audiences nearly two centuries later.
When: 5:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23 and Thursday, Sept. 24

History Ghost Walk 2026
What: The 26th annual History Ghost Walk, a fundraiser for Glenwood Springs Historical Society, is taking place at historic Linwood Cemetery, with start times beginning at 6:30 and later. Figures from Glenwood Springs history that will be portrayed include John “Doc” Holliday, Kate Bender, Caroline Clark Barlow, Ella Sellar, Ed Hughes, and Ida Lee Alburn, and more. Children younger than 12 years are not permitted. All proceeds from the event will benefit the non-profit, the Glenwood Springs Historical Society.
When: Beginning at 6:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays Sept. 26-Oct 31. Tours have various start times throughout the evening.
