The Terrapin Roadshow is coming to Glenwood Springs for the weekend, bringing Grateful Dead-inspired music to Two Rivers Park for two days of performances.
The concert series features Grahame Lesh, a son of Grateful Dead founding member Phil Lesh, alongside musicians from several bands connected to the extended Grateful Dead family. Midnight North, Grahame Lesh’s band, will open both shows.
Phil Lesh and his wife, Jill Lesh, founded Terrapin Crossroads in 2012 as a music venue and gathering place centered around the Grateful Dead community.
After the Grateful Dead disbanded following Jerry Garcia’s death in 1995, Phil Lesh continued performing the band’s music and related material with a number of groups, including Phil Lesh and Friends, The Other Ones and The Dead.
Phil Lesh passed away in 2024 at 84 years old, but his sons have continued his musical legacy. Grahame Lesh performs in the Terrapin Family Band, Grahame Lesh and Friends, the Terrapin Roadshow, and Midnight North.
The Terrapin Roadshow carries on the tradition with performances rooted in the vein of Grateful Dead music. This weekend marks the concert series’ first stop in Glenwood Springs.
Terrapin Roadshow in Glenwood Springs features Grahame Lesh, Bill Nershi, Kyle Hollingsworth, Mark Levy, Ross James, and Elliott Peck.
