Flossie Marie Minium

Flossie Marie Minium of Rifle died Sunday, July 13, 2003, at the E. Dene Moore Nursing Home in Rifle. She was 90.

She was born May 21, 1913, in Holly to Pearl Coats and Odessa Woodall.

She married Forrest Minium on Dec. 14, 1939, in Utah. He preceded her in death in January 2001.



Mrs. Minium worked as a beautician, and in her later years worked in the salon at the E. Dene Moore Nursing Home.

She loved her home, raised a big garden and had a beautiful yard. After retirement, she and her husband enjoyed traveling.



Mrs. Minium was a member of the Baptist faith. The joy of her life was her family, particularly her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Forrest Wayne Minium; by a brother, Earl Woodall; and by a granddaughter, Alice Loyer.

Mrs. Minium is survived by a daughter, Lucille Chaffee of Rifle; by a brother, Dee Woodall of Redding, Calif.; and by two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

No services are planned at this time.

Rifle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
