Obituary: Haskell Holt Walker

Haskell Holt Walker, affectionately known as “Tottie” or “Kelly” to her family & friends, passed away on May 7, 2026, at the age of 79.
Kelly was born in Baltimore to Talbott Hunt Walker and Patricia Wyckoff Holt Walker. She attended Roland Park Country Day School in Baltimore and then on to Western College for Women in Ohio before graduating from the University of Maryland.
In the early 1970s, Kelly moved west to Colorado, where she embraced the beauty of the Roaring Fork Valley. She lived in Snowmass Village and Carbondale before spending a couple of years in Grand Junction. In the 1990s, she settled in Denver, which remained her home for the rest of her life.
Kelly will be remembered for her independent spirit, and the enduring friendships she cultivated throughout her life. She is survived by her siblings, Hunt Walker, Richard Walker (Kathleen Kegebein), and Susan Salm (Rod), as well as six nieces and nephews and seven great-nieces and great-nephews.
She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
